RETURN POLICY

We recommend insuring or shipping with a method of tracking as we are not responsible for packages that are not returned to us. Once we receive your package you will receive an in-store credit. All returned items will be credited to customers account with an in-store credit only. We do charge a 10% restocking fee on all items that are being returned and $10 for any shoes returned (must be approved by provided photo of bottom of shoes). The remaining amount will be credited to the customer's account in form of in-store credit only.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and return your item to the return address above
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

Any and all discounts cannot be stacked and can/will result in the cancellation of your order at the full discretion of Sparkled Leopard Boutique. During any final sale promotion, an additional coupon code cannot be used. Even if mistakenly the system temporarily applies it. In the event that this occurs, any orders in question will be cancelled and refunded in the form of account credit only. No refunds, no exceptions. Please do not attempt to abuse our kindness.
